How do I change the attendee’s details on e-ticket?

Sometimes, a participant wants to transfer their ticket to someone else because they can’t attend. In this case, you don’t need to register a new person; you just need to change the participant’s details in the system and resend them the updated e-ticket. To do this:

  • find the participant on the list and go to their profile.
  • change the participant’s details and save the change.
  • click “Other actions” > “Resend e-ticket”

The QR code assigned to this registration will remain unchanged and will work regardless of any changes to the participant’s details.
