One of the features of Konfeo is that it is possible to generate and send e-tickets to event attendees automatically. The option is available in Event settings. Tickets are sent in PDF format and contain a barcode and QR code, thanks to which you can easily confirm the participant’s presence at the event check-in.
You can use any equipment to scan tickets: computers and laptops with connected readers to scan barcodes or tablets and smartphones to scan QR codes. You can also use both forms simultaneously:
- find out how you can use a barcode reader to operate the check-in
- learn how to scan QR codes using mobile devices
- see what a sample e-ticket looks like
