On October 12-13, 2023, the 63rd European Commodities Exchange took place in Warsaw, hosted by the Grain and Feed Chamber. The trade event was organized for the first time in Central and Eastern Europe, and we had the pleasure of supporting this event in the following areas:
- guest registration and handling payments and invoicing
- ordering equipment for exhibition stands
- ordering catering
The event organizer prepared three separate forms in Konfeo to handle various applications. The most extensive one (concerning stand equipment) contained several dozen selection options. He designed his congress website and used widgets to display registration forms on individual tabs: https://ece-warsaw2023.eu/.
Over 4,000 guests from Poland and abroad registered for the event. For quick registration of people on site, the organizer prepared tablets, thanks to which he could quickly collect data and issue invoices.
So far, this was the most complex event in terms of registration that we have handled, and – judging by the number of guests – it was a success.
