We’ve just added another user-requested feature to the system – the ability to issue 100% prepayment invoices, fully integrated with the National e-Invoice System (KSeF).
Due to the need to settle revenues and costs during multi-month ticket sales, some event organizers find it more convenient to settle income tax on the date of the conference or training. Under Polish regulations, the prepayment invoice mechanism comes in handy here, allowing you to pay your PIT/CIT tax only after the service has actually been performed.
Important: if the 100% prepayment invoice has been paid and the service price has not changed, you are not obliged to issue a final invoice. For this reason, we have not included the option to issue such invoices in the system. If you still want to issue such invoices, use your accounting program. Konfeo’s integration with KSeF provides access to all accounting documents issued in our system.
This option is available in the Event context: in the Payments/Invoices menu, in the Settings tab.
