Changes in the global business environment and the resulting challenges force companies to modify their offer. It’s also true in our case – we’ve decided to turn off the possibility of using the Free events (green version) in Konfeo. We encourage all event organizers to convert their Free events (green version) to Free PLUS events (orange version) and use the system’s full functionality. We’ll implement the change soon, as follows:
- from March 1, 2021, we will disable the possibility of creating new Free events (green version)
- for ongoing (active) Free events (green version), there will be a transition period – until March 31, 2021, you have time to convert the Free events into Free PLUS events (orange version)
- from April 1, 2021, registration for all Free events (green version) will be closed, and only the option to convert to Free PLUS events (orange version) will remain
- at the same time, the accounts of new Organizers registered after March 1, 2021, will receive 10 free registrations that can be used for tests or signup for events
What does this mean in practice for event organizers?
- if you are using Konfeo’s paid event versions (orange and blue versions), you don’t need to do anything
- if you are using Free events (green version) – you have time until March 31, 2021, to consider converting to Free PLUS events (orange version)
- from April 1, 2021, Konfeo will no longer provide registration for Free events (green version)
To implement the change, we’ll introduce appropriate changes to our Terms of Service. The amendment comes into force on March 1, 2021. Until then, you have time to decide whether to continue or stop using our services.
