We are pleased to announce that we have just launched in Konfeo a simplified version of the check-in application. The app only contains information about registered participants, enabling verification of their status and balance and confirming attendance. It was designed for organizers who want to provide limited access to the system for receptionists without the need to provide their login details. In other words, it is access to the organizer’s account with limited privileges.
The app is available at https://check-in.konfeo.com from 3 days before the event’s start to 1 day after its end and requires a login and password. Login details are available in the Reception menu (Application tab), but you have to generate the password for the first time.
You can also use a barcode scanner in the app, but the scan will only search for the participant in the list without changing its status.
