Konfeo offers the opportunity to conduct customer satisfaction surveys after a training course or conference. How can you do it?
Create a Free event and change the name of the group of attendees to, for example, “Satisfaction survey”. Develop appropriate questions in the form that will be used to collect opinions and comments:
- remember about choosing the right open and closed questions
- specify which participant fields will have to be completed compulsorily
Copy the link to the form (registration page) and go to the event that the survey concerns. Send mailing to attendees (remember to paste copied link to the questionnaire) with a request for evaluation using the mailing feature.
Give attendees some time for filling the form. When they do, you can download individual questionnaires, for example, as .pdf or in a bulk .xls file. That’s all!
