We are pleased to announce that, just like last year, Konfeo supports the registration of attendees for events organized as part of the 12th edition of the Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) in Poland, which will take place on November 18–24, 2019.
A few words about GEW
Global Entrepreneurship Week is an international project promoting conscious development, active attitude towards life and undertaking business initiatives. The initiative has been running since 2008. Currently, events are organized in 170 countries. Every year in November, organizations, institutions and companies that care about the development of entrepreneurship organize free training courses, workshops, conferences, debates and promotional campaigns in the field of:
- establishing and developing your own business,
- building a network of contacts,
- developing start-ups,
- returning to the labor market,
- negotiating contracts with the employer,
- building your own brand,
- and many other issues.
GEW in numbers
The 10th edition of the Global Entrepreneurship Week organized in 2018 in Poland aroused great interest:
- 939 project partners
- 1378 organized events
- 112 000 registered attendees
… and a few words about the GEW Foundation
Global Entrepreneurship Week Foundation is the official host of this initiative organized in Poland, which is part of the international Global Entrepreneurship Network. GEW is a key, but not the only project of the Foundation, which in addition organizes other activities to improve the quality of entrepreneurship education in Poland (eg the series of meetings “On a deck chairs about Entrepreneurship”). The Foundation also conducts social campaigns to improve the image of Polish entrepreneurs, publishes a report in six languages on how to teach entrepreneurship and create conditions for the development of entrepreneurship.
