From the creation of your first event on through its management and organization is laid out step by step.<\/p>\n<p>Open your Internet browser and go to: <a href=\"https:\/\/admin.konfeo.com\/en\/users\/sign_in\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/admin.konfeo.com\/en\/users\/sign_in<\/a><\/p>\n<p>If you are a\u00a0<strong>new user<\/strong>, sign up for a\u00a0<strong>new account<\/strong>\u00a0and follow the instructions. If you already\u00a0<strong>have an account<\/strong>, sign in using your e-mail address and password. If you forgot your password, click on the \u201cForgot your password?\u201d link and enter the e-mail address you previously used to sign in. We will send you a link enabling you to enter a new password.<\/p>\n<p>If you have signed up for a new account, you will see a welcome screen after signing in. If you have used the system before and you are signing in to an existing account, you will see your\u00a0<strong>System dashboard<\/strong>. Notice the system menu on the left side of the screen (it will be folded on mobile devices and can be revealed by clicking on it) which will show following tabs: <strong>System dashboard<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Events<\/strong>, <strong>Organization<\/strong>, <strong>Users<\/strong>, <strong>Invoices<\/strong> and <strong>Billing info<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Click on the\u00a0<strong>Add an event<\/strong>\u00a0button. The new event creator will open: get acquainted with the options for various types of events and click on the appropriate button for your type of event.<\/p>\n<p>Provide information about the event during the next two steps. The third step is a summary of data you provided and a short info about available options:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Event dashboard \u2013 general stats about the event<\/li>\n<li>Event registration page \u2013 event landing page with registration form<\/li>\n<li>Event settings \u2013 basic event settings<\/li>\n<li>Attendees \u2013 list of registrations<\/li>\n<li>Tickets \/ Groups \u2013 list of available tickets\/groups<\/li>\n<li>Form \u2013 registration form<\/li>\n<li>Messages \u2013 mail\/SMS messages to attendees<\/li>\n<li>Payments \/ Invoices \u2013 settlements with attendees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Notice that the above event menu is now available on the left side of your screen (or through the folded mobile menu). The system menu will now have only one item: Events. To go back to the system menu click on the:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Konfeo logo \u2014 the\u00a0<strong>System dashboard<\/strong>\u00a0will open;<\/li>\n<li>the\u00a0<strong>Events<\/strong>\u00a0link in the menu \u2014 you will open the list of your events.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Adjust event settings using the menu:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>add or edit tickets\/groups of attendees, prices and limits<\/li>\n<li>create an individual <strong>registration form<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>enter your own text into the automatic e-mail confirming registration of an attendee<\/li>\n<li>create an event <strong>header<\/strong> visible on the registration page<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Inform potential attendees<\/strong>\u00a0about the address of the registration page for the event \u2014 you can find the address in\u00a0<strong>Event settings<\/strong> or in the address bar in your Internet browser by clicking the link Registration page in the menu.<\/p>\n<p>Use the\u00a0<strong>Event dashboard<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Attendees<\/strong>\u00a0to manage your event. You will find information about those tabs by clicking on the button with the \u201ci\u201d icon, which opens a window explaining the information presented:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>System dashboard<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Event dashboard<\/strong> \u2014 the button above and to the right of the screen title<\/li>\n<li><strong>Events<\/strong>, <strong>Tickets \/ Groups<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 the button is right above the table<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you have any questions, remarks or suggestions\u2014contact us.
